A day in my plate!

As a French girl, many people always tell me that I should eat and cook well. And that's not exactly true but I try to do my best! So, I am going to share with you what I usually eat in a day! WARNING: pictures that I am using aren't mine, I found them on Pinterest because I do very bad food pictures and also because not all the food is "Instagramable". Enjoy!


Morning:


My mom is a nutritionist, so, since I am 14 years old, I am used to eating a salty breakfast as she advised me. Normally, I take my breakfast between 8 am and maximum 10 am. And I always take it with fresh orange juice and a coffee.


I have many different breakfasts:

- bread or bagel with cream cheese: this one is for when I am not very hungry.

- avocado toast with a boiled egg: I am an avocado lover but I try to do not it them too much because it's quite fat (even if it's a natural fat).

-bread with jam or Nutella and eventually some pieces of banana on it: this one is for when I can't eat salty anymore or when I have my period lol.

-hotel breakfast, when I am at the hotel I eat very much, sometimes too much. I want to try everything so I usually have 2 or 3 plates.

Lunch:


As I told you before, my mom is a nutritionist, so, I am used to eating some kind of food at a precise moment of the day. Usually, for lunch, I prefer to eat proteins and carbs or only carbs. I take my lunch between 12 and maximum 3 pm. And I always eat with fresh water and of course a coffee to finish, and it's very optional that I am taking a dessert.


I have many different lunches:

- protein and carbs can be many different plates: chicken with rice, fish and mashed potatoes, hamburger and fries, ceviche with sweet potatoes...

-pasta: I have Italian blood so I am quite obsessed with pasta, every kind of pasta! A big plate of pasta is absolutely enough for me, I don't take anything else with it.

-sushi: I do not have Japanese blood but it's quite so! I love every sushi, maki, rolls, and sashimi of the world. I can eat a lot of them but I do not take dessert.

Snack:


I really like taking a snack! Not only because around 5 pm I am starving but also because like that, I can eat my dinner later and I have more energy to finish my day.


Here are many different snacks:

-fruits with chocolate: I really love this combo because it can be any kind of fruit and chocolates, and I think that both are going very well together.

-olives: not everyone likes olives but I do! There are so many kinds of olives it's crazy!

-chocolate croissant (or chocolatine in France): I grow up with these so don't judge me but it is too delicious to do not eat them!

-KIND bar: if you live in the US you know those bars. They have many sorts of flavors but my favorite is honey almond butter.

Dinner:


For dinner, I try to eat light for digestion. I take my dinner between 7 pm and maximum 9 pm. And I always eat with fresh water and I don't take any dessert.


I have many different dinners:

- protein and vegetables: chicken with a green salad, fish and broccoli...

- big salad: when I don't want to cook too much, I put everything that I have in my fridge and I do a big salad. And I put some ranch or thousand island sauce.

- soup with a piece of cheese: for me, this is the best winter plate ever!
